Non-Refundable Booking: All bookings are final and non-refundable. Elite Kosher Travel Inc. highly recommends purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.

Additional Charges: Any expenses incurred outside of the all-inclusive package will be charged to the client's account at the hotel. Elite Kosher Travel Inc. is not responsible for any purchases made during the stay.

Liability Disclaimer: Elite Kosher Travel Inc. is not liable for any loss, whether direct or indirect, related to bookings made through or by Elite Kosher Travel Inc.

Incidental Charges: Elite Kosher Travel Inc. is not responsible for any incidental charges incurred by the client during the stay.

Check-in and Check-out Times: Hotel check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-ins are not guaranteed, but the hotel will make every effort to accommodate early arrivals when possible.

Responsibility for Damages: The client is fully responsible for any damages caused by individuals associated with the reservation.

Meal Service Participation: Each family member will be issued a bracelet based on room occupancy and a matching passport. These bracelets are required to participate in meal services and must be presented to security upon check-in. Lost or damaged bracelets will be replaced at a cost of $1,500.

Prohibition on Food and Beverage Distribution: Distributing food or beverages exclusive to the program to guests who are not part of the program is strictly prohibited. Any person found violating this policy will be immediately removed from the program, and all parties associated with the reservation will have their bracelets confiscated, prohibiting further participation in meal services and other program-related activities.

Termination of Agreements: Elite Kosher Travel Inc. reserves the right to terminate any agreement at its sole discretion.

All passports must align with the room capacity and age details specified on your invoice. Elite Kosher Travel, Inc. assumes no responsibility for any errors made by the client. Any additional charges imposed by the hotel, due to discrepancies or otherwise, shall be the sole responsibility of the client, and not of Elite Kosher Travel, Inc.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions: By initiating a payment for this booking, you acknowledge and agree to accept these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions are legally binding and subject to the laws governing contractual agreements in the relevant jurisdiction.
